12pm-2pm – SGPS Running Group @ outside Stauffer Library, Queen’s campus (18+) – A fantastic way to get to know Kingston better, meet some fellow graduate students, and get active during the summer months. All levels welcome!

12pm-1pm – Men’s Yoga @ studio 330 – This 4 week beginner-friendly, pre-registered series for men will introduce you to a straightforward yoga practice to increase strength, range of motion and balance.

6pm-8pm – Chakra Yoga Workshop @ Symphony Spa & Yoga (all ages) – Cost: $35, registration required.

  9. Go rock climbing at the Boiler Room Climbing Gym and try to make it to the top of the Chimney (Canada’s tallest indoor rock climbing wall)!
