Kingston, Ontario – Just announced! Canadian songstress SERENA RYDER is scheduled to headline the ReUnion Street Festival on Queen’s University campus this Saturday, October 14th.
The concert begins at 7:00pm outdoors on Union Street W between Division St and University Ave.
Opening acts include: FLOW Dance Club, Trillers A Capella, All the Queen’s Men, The Caledonias, 4K Dharma, The Dirty Nelsons, and The Kents. Ryder will be followed by a late-night DJ performing until 2AM.
The festival also includes food trucks and stands, photo opportunities, a 19+ licensed area, and “Memory Lane” – an interactive fair of Queen’s history and memorabilia.
“ReUnion Street Festival is an opportunity for Queen’s students, alumni, and friends to commemorate their Queen’s experiences through artistic and musical entertainment, celebratory food and drink, and interactive programming.”
The festival is open to all ages and admission is free. However, tickets for the 19+ licensed area are $15 (cash only, does not including drink tokens) – they will be serving beer, wine, and spirits.

ABOUT REUNION STREET FESTIVAL: Come be a part of a new Queen’s tradition and join students, alumni and friends for a free street concert right in the middle of campus! Previous performers include The Sheepdogs, Arkells, and Walk Off the Earth.
The street festival is free, but tickets are required for the licensed area. Tickets can be purchased through your Homecoming Registration for $13 advance or $15 in person at the Festival. ID required. Please note that pre-purchased tickets will guarantee entry into the licensed area ONLY until 11:30pm – if you arrive later than 11:30, admission to the licensed area will be dependent on remaining capacity at the time you arrive.
Alumni and guests are also encouraged to come at any time throughout the night to check out the main events on Union Street (which are free of charge and do not require a ticket).
