November Concerts

Once a year, November rolls around and it’s easy to forget that there is a world outside of Stauffer (or let’s be real, Netflix)! That’s why we’ve rounded up a list of concerts coming to Kingston in the next 3 weeks – including jazz-funk fusion, rock & roll, up-and-coming musicians, pop-rock, hip hop & more! Get outside to one of these shows – you won’t regret it!

Thurs. Nov 15th, 7:30-9:30PM at the Ale House & Canteen – Queen’s WE Have Talent is showcasing up-and-coming musicians for 7$ – proceeds going to charity! (19+)

Fri. Nov. 16th, 9PM, The Wilderness is celebrating the release of new music at The Brooklyn with special guest Oakridge Avenue and DJs Feel Good Dance and Hip hop on vinyl, 15$ at the door. (19+)

Saturday, Nov. 17th, 2:30pm, Kingston Symphony presents Black is Beautiful, celebrating music from icons such as Duke Ellington, Miles Davis, Jimi Hendrix, and many more! 15$ for students, 20$ for Adults/Seniors. (all ages)

Sat. Nov. 17th, 7:30pm, The Shuffle Demons are bringing their jazz-funk fusion to the Isabel – 40$ for the public, 19$ for students and 37$ for staff will get you tickets to some of Canadaโ€™s most talented musicians. (all ages)

Thurs. Nov. 22nd at 8pm, the Single Mothers, Dboy, and Joy Car are performing at The Mansion for 12$ – this is an all ages/19+ show!

Sat. Nov. 24th at 10pm, The Toucan is hosting Winnipeg’s pop-rock group The Treble with the Hot Knives – for free! (19+)

Sunday, Nov. 25th at 2pm, the BLU Martini is hosting a free show featuring 13 local musicians/artists fundraising for Autism Awareness! Come support 13-year-old Connor McKinlay as he raises awareness for his younger brother Ewan! (all ages)

Thurs. Nov. 29th from 7-10pm, Selfish Things and Story Untold will perform at The Mansion with special guest performers 8 Bit heroes and Figure-8. (All ages/19+)
