Can you believe it? There are more than 30 events in the next 3 days! You could be in the audience for a CBC Ideas podcast episode, try fresh maple syrup, celebrate Iranian, Palestinian, African or Caribbean culture, compete in a Super Smash Brothers’ tournament, eat dinner in the darkgo to the Opera… and so much more!

KAC in Conversation is a creative project to bring the arts and culture community together to learn new ideas, challenge the way we think, and provide a platform to connect.  Location: The Isabel – Rehearsal Hall.

Friday at 7:30PM

CBC Ideas’ Sir John A. On Trial: Be a part of the Kingston live audience for this nationally broadcasted event on CBC Radio’s leading program, Ideas  admission is free! Location: The Isabel – Performance Hall.

Saturday at 10:30AM-12PM

Have a coffee with Sudo and meet Dr. Qingling Duan, Assistant Professor and Queen’s National Scholar in Bioinformatics! Her primary research has been in genetic analysis using statistical and machine-learning methods to identify novel genomic factors.

Saturday at 7:30PM

Project Afro-Odyssey Culture Show: Journey through a multicultural arts showcase featuring dance, spoken word, musical and theatrical expression, and fashion. Learn and experience diverse cultural perspectives at Queen’s. Location: The Isabel – Performance Hall. Tickets: $20-$28.

Friday & Saturday, 6:30PM-8:30PM

Audition for Moulin Rouge, the next Songs & Spirits event! Must be between the ages of 13-30. Auditions will be held on-campus from 6:30pm-8:30pm on Friday and Saturday!

Palestinian Culture Night: Learn, indulge and enjoy Palestinian culture with Arabic music, a wide selection of delicious food, performances, dabke and more! Location: Kingston Hall Rm. 313

Powerful, yet delicate and surprisingly funny Armstrong’s War redefines the meaning of courage and what it means to be a hero. Location: Baby Grand Theatre. Tickets: $16-$21.

Kingston’s Iranian Nowruz Party happens once a year to bring together the students, faculty, alumni, and families for a night of music, dancing, and celebration. Tickets: $50. Location: Zorbas Banquet Facility.
