LaSalle Building – Queen’s Student Wellness Services
The LaSalle Building was completed in 1969 and is home to the International Centre for the Advancement of Community-Based Rehabilitation, as well as Student Wellness Services.
It is named after Rene-Robert Cavalier, Sieur de LaSalle, the French explorer who governed the first European settlement in the Kingston area in the 1670s.
Queen’s Student Wellness Services (formerly “Health, Counselling, and Disability Services” or “HCDS”)supports the personal, academic, and social development of students at Queen’s University by providing a range of programs and services. Our mission is to provide a welcoming, confidential, and integrated service that is responsive to the needs of students.
