How many girls/guys do we need on a team?

  • In all Co-Rec Leagues (except Residence Leagues), the composition of a team on the court is required to be 50% males and 50% females.
  • Each team is required to have a minimum playing compliment dressed and ready to go for game time.
    • If the team doesn’t meet that criteria within 5 minutes of the scheduled game time, the game will be recorded as a default loss.
    • Teams are encouraged to arrive early to the game, so that if you are short-handed, you have time to phone teammates to get them to the game within the 5 minute grace period.

What happens if we miss a game?

All games recorded as a default will result in financial penalties.

  • If your team defaults/no-shows at the 1st game of the season: loss of full bond and removal from the league.
  • If your team defaults 1 game after the 1st game: loss of 50% of bond
  • If your team defaults 2 games: loss of full bond and removal from the league
