FREE: “What Would You Ask A North Korean?”

Speakers include Moojin Ha and headline speaker Ellie Cha, who will be sharing a testimony of her escape from North Korea and journey to refuge.

Ellie Cha is a North Korean refugee, residing in South Korea. She is the current HanVoice Pioneer, interning for Canadian Parliamentarians while undergoing specialized training in leadership and advocacy.

This is a FREE event that is open to all of the Queen’s University staff, students and as well as individuals in the Kingston community.

Refreshments will be provided by donation. All proceeds go towards the HanVoice’s Pioneers Project, a program which invites one North Korean defector to participate in a 6-month internship with mentors including Canadian politicians, in efforts to empower and educate its participants.
