Mindfulness for Graduate Students

In these drop-in sessions we will introduce you to ‘Mindfulness’ which is recognized as a powerful way of achieving and maintaining wellness. Mindfulness-based techniques are effective for coping with difficulties and improving the overall quality of your day-to-day life. Learn some basic ways of being in the present moment and regulating your mood. You are invited to drop in when your schedule permits. Regular attendance and practice are recommended to get maximum benefits! Registration is appreciated, but not required.
