How to Manage Your Grief

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that can also promote healing when grieving.
In this 4-part course, you will learn to heal yourself specifically while you are grieving. The primary focus is on understanding how grief works and how to build your resiliency muscle. We will look at how Reiki can help you heal your mind, body and spirit. You will learn the basics about grief, the basics and history of Reiki, how Reiki helps when you are grieving, the healing Reiki hand positions that you can use at 3 AM, meditations techniques, steps on how to connect to the Angels for healing and guidance, and other self-healing practices. You will receive a comprehensive handouts as well as you will receive the Reiki energy and intuitive insights from Ophelia.
Each week the focus will be on a different workshop.

What you will learn:
Workshop 1: Grief 101 – How to carry your grief load differently
Explore tips and tools on how to move through the grieving process.
Embrace the concept that grief is not something you get over but rather it’s something you get through and what to do at 3 AM to get through it. We will look in depth at the definition of resiliency and what it means to be “healed” and how grief forever changes your mind, body and spirit.
Workshop 2: Reiki 101 – Let the Healing Begin
You will be introduced to the Japanese’s healing art of Reiki and how its energy can be utilize for the purpose of healing through grief. You will practice reiki on yourself.
Workshop 3: Angels are Among Us
We will learn how to connect to Angels for guidance, insight and healing.
We will continue to explore how to utilize the energy of reiki for grief.
Workshop 4 – Oh My Grief – When will it End
In the last workshop series, you will now see, that grief requires an individualized resiliency plan as grief is the price we pay for love. You will create your own grief resiliency kit for the purpose of moving through your grief.
