CRCA Maple Madness

Even with the massive popularity of hand-held electronic devices and games, there is something about a puppet show that can still captivate folks of all ages. That’s why the Puppet Shows are always a hit during the Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority’s Maple Madness program at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area. They run on and Saturdays March 11, 18, 25 and April 1, with show times at 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12 p.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. During March Break, (March 13 to March 17) they run daily at 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
The shows are performed by teacher candidates from the Faculty of Education at Queen’s University, under the direction of CRCA staff.

The Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area is located on Division Street just two kilometres north of Highway 401. Entry fees during Maple Madness are: $6 per person for adults and children over 12, and $3.50 per person for children 12 and under, to a maximum fee of $16 per car.
