Sunday Morning Calisthenics

Over the month of April, Greg Moss and Jacob Johns from The Iron King Ltd. will be running a introduction to calisthenics. Calisthenics is the use of body weight movements and gravity resistance to achieve fitness and improved control of your body.
Classes with include a warm up, instruction on specific positions or concepts, a workout, and cool down. Each week progression concepts will be introduced and explored showing how calisthenics can be used as you advance your practice.
Come learn, workout, sweat, and have fun with us as you challenge your push mechanics, squats, inversions, spinal stabilization, balance and bodily control.
